VIDEO CAMPAIGNS

A video ad merges two things that catch user attention: movement and sound. Both of these play an important role in conveying an efficient message, hence leading to better engagement.

 

CAROUSEL POST

Carousels have higher engagement than any other Instagram post type. it increases engagement and time spent on the post simply because there's more to consume.

More information can be put in a carousel post, so we took advantage of the extra space to tell stories about our Direct-Farmer Partner and showcase the coffee beans process.

A mixture of videos and photos is implemented to encourage engagement and consumption within each slide.

 

GIVEAWAY CAMPAIGNS

By far, the most engaging digital campaign we have done. Giveaways encourage engagement from existing followers and reach new audiences.

To avoid a huge drop-off after the campaign, we were intentional about what type of new audience we wanted to reach. By requiring the existing follower to tag 3 friends, it becomes a form of referral to their friends with who they have a mutual interest in the product. Thus, reaching a new audience who will most likely engage our brand and consume the product.

 
 

EMAIL CAMPAIGNS

Email marketing campaigns enhance customer engagement, acquire new audiences, create brand awareness, and reward customer loyalty.

For existing customers, email campaigns emphasize communication and awareness. For potential new audiences, emails can be used to entice and attract an outreach campaign.

The most effective email marketing campaign can be segmented in such a way that caters to multiple personas for different initiatives. For example, one campaign may be designed for onboarding new customers, another for announcing a sale.
